1. Information We Access and Use
PDF Genie Pro may access PDF files, selected documents, and selected images on your device so that you can open, organize, rename, delete, convert, compress, merge, split, and manage your files.
2. Local File Processing
Core PDF processing features are intended to work locally on your device during normal app use. This includes reading files, saving outputs, and performing supported PDF tools.
3. Storage Access
The app may request storage or broad file access so users can browse folders, find PDF files across directories, open local documents, rename files, delete files, and save processed outputs to user-managed locations.
4. Password Features
Password removal works only if the correct password is provided by the user. PDF Genie Pro does not crack, bypass, or guess passwords.
5. OCR and Search
For some scanned or image-based PDFs, the app may use on-device text recognition to improve search. Accuracy depends on document quality.
6. Ads and Third-Party Services
The app may include ads and third-party services such as Google AdMob. Related SDKs may process limited device, diagnostics, identifiers, and interaction data according to their own privacy policies.
